What files can I use?
CSV, TSV, XLSX, and XLS files work across the spreadsheet tools. The converter also accepts JSON. Free-tier files can be up to 4 MB each.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no signup and no email required.
Does the cleaner change my original file?
No. It makes a cleaned copy for you to download. Your original stays untouched.
What happens to formulas?
They’re flagged for your review and neutralized as text. They’re never executed.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes the cleaner, converter, and validator for files up to 4 MB, with no signup and unlimited use. Pro adds 25 MB files, Merge, Split, Compare, and bulk workflows.
What’s the refund policy?
7-day money-back, no questions asked. Email support@sheetsweep.com and we’ll sort it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Pro customers can open Pricing and choose Manage subscription to cancel in Stripe. If the portal does not open, email support@sheetsweep.com.
How do I get Pro?
Go to Pricing, click the Pro button, and check out. Pro is $29/month, or the $99 one-time Founder tier is available to the first 100 customers.
What counts toward the 4 MB limit?
The size of the file you upload.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. SheetSweep works in phone, tablet, and desktop browsers.
